Project Coordinator

Roya Media Group is actively hiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards project management.


Job responsibilities :

  • Coordinate digital projects focused on design and technical development of websites and mobile applications.
  • Coordinate projects between team members and project stakeholders 
  • Create project needed plans such as schedule, budget, resource and communication plans. 
  • Maintaining and monitoring project progress and creating project progress and status reports 
  • Follow ups with team members, divisions and all stakeholders
  • Identifying and documenting project scope and requirements 
  • Identify project risks and communicate it to project manager 
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.


Qualifications :

  • Strong personality with the ability to lead and influence others.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using project management and office software.
