Roya Media Group is actively hiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards project management.
Job responsibilities :
- Coordinate digital projects focused on design and technical development of websites and mobile applications.
- Coordinate projects between team members and project stakeholders
- Create project needed plans such as schedule, budget, resource and communication plans.
- Maintaining and monitoring project progress and creating project progress and status reports
- Follow ups with team members, divisions and all stakeholders
- Identifying and documenting project scope and requirements
- Identify project risks and communicate it to project manager
- Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- Strong personality with the ability to lead and influence others.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using project management and office software.
