Role Purpose
The Human Resources Officer is responsible to coordinate and implement different HR activities (Talent Acquisition , Onboarding, Training ,Culture & Pay )
Key Responsibilities
- Checks recruitment needs & suggests way forward on how to fill vacancies to ensure business efficiency.
- Executes pre-screening phone interviews
- Executes screening interviews to shortlist eligible candidates to the next interviews.
- Conducts the onboarding presentation for new joiners including to facilitate their introduction to the company.
- Responsible for All travel Requests
- Data entry of all employee transactions on the HR system.
- Handel all employee requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Up to 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- ZenHR experience is a Plus
- Must possess basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
