Human Resources Officer

Role Purpose


The Human Resources Officer is responsible to coordinate and implement different HR activities (Talent Acquisition , Onboarding, Training ,Culture & Pay )


Key Responsibilities


  • Checks recruitment needs & suggests way forward on how to fill vacancies to ensure business efficiency.
  • Executes pre-screening phone interviews
  • Executes screening interviews to shortlist eligible candidates to the next interviews.
  • Conducts the onboarding presentation for new joiners including to facilitate their introduction to the company.
  • Responsible for All travel Requests
  • Data entry of all employee transactions on the HR system.
  • Handel all employee requests.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Up to 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • ZenHR experience is a Plus
  • Must possess basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
