Regional Business Development Manager

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales and business growth, this role is for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Procapita Group's products and services, including their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Identify and pursue leads, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to senior executives, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and internal stakeholders to understand and address customer needs.
  • Develop pricing proposals that are competitive and aligned with client needs and market dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in e-sales, with a focus on the GCC or MENA region.
  • Strong understanding of CRM practices and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor presentations to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
