Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Procapita Group's products and services, including their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Identify and pursue leads, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to senior executives, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and internal stakeholders to understand and address customer needs.
- Develop pricing proposals that are competitive and aligned with client needs and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in e-sales, with a focus on the GCC or MENA region.
- Strong understanding of CRM practices and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor presentations to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
