Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, IT professionals, and other specialized tech positions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage multiple channels such as job boards, social media, recruitment platforms, and networking events to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified tech talent to ensure timely hiring for ongoing and future roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective interview processes that accurately assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess technical abilities, and ensure candidates meet the required qualifications for the roles.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice within the tech community.
  • Offer Negotiation: Support candidates through the offer process, negotiate employment terms, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest tech hiring trends in Jordan and the broader MENA region to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Track recruitment metrics, provide insights on hiring trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the efficiency of the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, ideally in the tech industry or with a focus on IT roles.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and an understanding of programming languages, software development processes, and the tech landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or Stack Overflow is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in Jordan, is a plus.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.

Employment Type: Full Time - On-Site

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday)
