MENA FM Jordan is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Officer with soft services background to join our team.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant courses in Management, Quality assurance or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in a Quality Supervisor role.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with ISO 9001 or BICSc certification will be given preference.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the equipment, chemicals used, how they are stored according to safety standards, machines used in the field, and how to handle them.

• Ability to prepare daily reports for management.
• Comprehensive understanding of general cleanliness standards.
• Monitoring and supervising workplace rules and appearance standards for staff.
• Ability to manage and guide workers effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong management skills.
• Capability to oversee work and supervise team members.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills.
