MENA FM Jordan is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Officer with soft services background to join our team.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant courses in Management, Quality assurance or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in a Quality Supervisor role.
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with ISO 9001 or BICSc certification will be given preference.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of the equipment, chemicals used, how they are stored according to safety standards, machines used in the field, and how to handle them.
- Ability to prepare daily reports for management.
- Comprehensive understanding of general cleanliness standards.
- Monitoring and supervising workplace rules and appearance standards for staff.
- Ability to manage and guide workers effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong management skills.
- Capability to oversee work and supervise team members.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills.
