Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate market and a passion for helping clients find their ideal property. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying, selling, or leasing process, providing expert advice in accordance with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial requirements.

- Identify and present suitable properties to clients based on their criteria.

- Create and manage property listings on various platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with market research, property trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

- Provide clients with accurate and current market information.

- Negotiate property terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

- Facilitate smooth transactions between buyers, sellers, and landlords.

- Prepare and review all types of legal documentation related to properties.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during property dealings and transactions, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively seeking new business opportunities and generating leads.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.

- Previous experience in real estate or property consulting.

- Strong understanding of property laws and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with real estate software and online property listing platforms.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- A genuine interest in providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems and seize opportunities.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
