Job Opportunity: Virtual Executive Assistant / Medical Case Manager
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Eastern Time)
Salary: $700–$1000/month (based on experience)

We are a specialized case management company focused on injury management and rehabilitation. Our mission is to assist individuals injured in auto accidents by coordinating their medical care and ensuring smooth communication between healthcare providers, insurance companies, and legal entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations
• Manage medical cases: update and assist patients, organize medical records, coordinate appointments
• Handle CEO’s inbox: sort, prioritize, and respond to emails professionally
• Manage CEO’s schedule: organize meetings, send reminders, maintain calendar efficiency
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and gather presentation materials
• Provide administrative support including data entry and document handling
• Perform cold calling for networking and assist in small-scale marketing campaigns
• Support business development: identify leads, contribute to strategy building
• Use tools like ChatGPT and Canva to enhance productivity and marketing
• Tackle challenges proactively and suggest creative solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (excellent verbal and written communication)
• 3–5 years of experience as an executive or virtual assistant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
• Highly organized, independent, and discreet
• Excellent phone communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Fast learner who can handle a heavy workload
• Experience with case management or in the medical/healthcare field is a strong plus
