Position: Community Health Worker Type: Contract Compensation: $49 - $98/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expertise in community health practices and protocols. Review, create, and annotate health-related datasets to ensure accuracy and relevance for AI training. Provide feedback on AI model performance from a community health worker perspective. Document community health workflows, case studies, and best practices to improve model training outcomes. Participate in virtual meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions with cross-functional teams. Apply knowledge of public health issues, patient care, and community resources to inform AI solutions. Continuously update knowledge of community health and digital health technologies.
Requirements Certified Community Health Worker or equivalent practical experience in community or public health environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly. High attention to detail in documentation and data review tasks. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting. Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, or digital health initiatives. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Experience in AI, data annotation, or digital healthcare projects is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records or public health data systems is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are preferred.
