Poultry Sales Manager - Oman
We are looking for a Sales Manager specialized in Hatching Eggs to join our team in the Sultanate of Oman, as part of our expansion strategy targeting the Saudi market and other regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop, build, and implement the sales and business development strategy for the Hatching Eggs segment.
- Identify growth opportunities in the Saudi market and other regional/international markets.
- Drive revenue growth and expand the company's market share.
Full Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to payment collection.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Meet customers regularly to understand their needs, challenges, and growth plans.
- Identify opportunities in the market and develop appropriate commercial solutions.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals based on customer needs and market challenges.
- Follow up on proposals from the initial meeting with the customer until award confirmation.
- Coordinate internally to ensure successful product delivery.
- Follow up on payment collection from customers.


Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and understand their operational needs.
- Maintain strong engagement with customer decision-makers.
- Track upcoming tenders, RFQs, and RFP opportunities.


Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis
- Monitor developments in the poultry and hatching eggs industry.
- Analyze market demand, supply trends, and industry growth.
- Understand each customer's production capacity and operational scale.
- Identify competitors serving each customer and analyze their strategies.
- Provide insights that support strategic sales planning and competitive positioning.


Commercial & Contract Management
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers.
- Prepare and manage sales agreements and contracts.


Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Production, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of hatchery operations and hatching eggs production.
- Professional certifications in sales or marketing will be considered an advantage.


Required Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Hatching Eggs sales or hatchery-related business.
- Proven experience in developing and managing the Saudi market, with strong industry relationships.
- Experience in international markets such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Africa, or similar regional markets.
- Strong commercial and strategic sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
