About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven UGC Content Creator to produce authentic, engaging, and platform-native content that showcases CNTXT AI’s brand, culture, and impact. You will play a key role in humanizing AI by translating complex technology into compelling short-form content for social media. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital trends, storytelling, and how to build trust and engagement through relatable content.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality user-generated style content (short-form videos, reels, stories, posts) for platforms such as Linked In, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Tik Tok Translate CNTXT AI’s products, services, and thought leadership into engaging, easy-to-understand content Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices, especially in tech and AICollaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to align content with campaigns and messaging Film, edit, and publish content independently using mobile-first and lightweight production tools Showcase behind-the-scenes moments, company culture, events, and expert insights Adapt content for both Arabic and English audiences (Arabic is a strong plus) Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and insights
Qualifications
Proven experience as a UGC Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or similar role Strong on-camera presence and storytelling ability Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Tik Toks) Comfortable working with AI, tech, or B2B brands (or strong interest in the space) Proficiency with basic editing tools (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar) Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, relatable narratives Self-starter with strong time management and creative ownership Based in the UAE or familiar with the regional market (preferred)
Required Skills
Experience working with enterprise, government, or technology brands Understanding of AI, data, or emerging technologies Analytics-driven mindset for optimizing content performance
