We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent with Telesales / BPO experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our services, which include babysitting, nannies, and housekeeping services. Preferably female, with proficiency in Tagalog, Arabic, and English language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Engage in telesales to promote and sell babysitting, nanny, and housekeeping services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Manage service bookings and follow up with clients as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service and telesales experience, preferably in BPO or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills in Tagalog or Arabic are a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attitude with a Customer-centric approach
