Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who is passionate about customer experience, has strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. In this role, you will analyze customer feedback, develop strategies to enhance user satisfaction, and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer feedback and develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience.
- Analyze the impact of new products and services on customers.
- Work with relevant teams to optimize the customer journey.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer experience, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think with a customer-centric approach.
- Data-driven analytical skills.
- Fluency in at least one of the following language pairs: Turkish-English, Turkish-Arabic, or English-Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Fintech or technology sector.
- Knowledge of CRM and customer support tools.
- Experience in deriving insights from user feedback.
