Creative Link Design and Printing is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of social media platforms. Our ideal candidate will not only have the technical skills to create stunning visual content but also a deep understanding of how design and branding translate across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching and engaging visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
• Create graphics for digital ads, email campaigns, website banners, and social media posts that align with brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ensure designs fit the tone, voice, and messaging of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, graphic design techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
• Edit and optimize images for various digital formats and social media specifications.
• Ensure all creative assets meet the brand guidelines and are consistent across all platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design work for social media.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design tools.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for design on each platform.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• A creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Field.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the printing or design industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is essential.
• Knowledge of printing processes and materials.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Language: Malayalam speakers preferred.
