The ideal candidate should be skilled in a variety of hair treatments and styling techniques, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, Straightening, and treatments for clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the salon.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Suggest and promote salon products and services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Work effectively as part of a team to create a positive salon environment.
• Follow salon policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, or similar role.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Hairdressing (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hair styling, cutting, and coloring techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours as needed.
