Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Lead a team of skilled tradespeople, providing guidance and technical support while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, labor hours, and material usage, communicating effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices, enhancing their skills and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of awareness and prevention.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site, applying technical knowledge to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
