Position: - Civil Foreman/Civil Supervisor

Experience: 2 to 3 Years working experience related construction field.

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget.
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
• Supervise all construction workers.
• Guaranteeing and implementing safety precautions while also ensuring that. quality standards are met.
• Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
• Overall site supervision of construction works, labor, materials, equipment movement, and proper distribution of such resources.
• make daily site report, labor progress, Site Measurement, notes of work being done, any specials. etc.

SKILLS:

• Good Communication Verbal & Written
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software, computer knowledge (MS Office),
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, guidelines, and equipment,
• Problem Solving,
• Technical, Analysis
