We are seeking dynamic professionals to drive our online sales growth through maximizing traffic and provide creative solutions to manage it.
Main Duties:-
- Owning the online P&L, including third party aggregator sites, working with ecommerce retail partners and marketplace capabilities.
- Focusing on the promotion rhythm of the E-Commerce platform throughout the year, integrating and using various promotion methods of the E-Commerce, planning and implementing effective promotion programs, increasing overall sales, and achieving the annual sales target.

- Focusing on the promotion rhythm of the E-Commerce platform throughout the year, integrating and using various promotion methods of the E-Commerce, planning, and implementing effective promotion programs, increasing overall sales, and achieving the annual sales target.
- Use site analytics, monthly/weekly sales performance reports (including KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average basket, return rate…) to improve performance and drive all online activity decision-making for the website and improve site optimization.
- Lead all website merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to maximize online profitability.
- Manage online visual merchandising and optimize customer journey. Localize, manage & enhance content & home/landing pages liaising with the Marketing team
- Coordinate UX developments with competitor activity, identifying trading opportunities where a market can maximize on sales.
- Responsible for the daily operations, streamline and utilize all resources of the E-Commerce channel effectively, using all possible platform resources to promote brands and products and optimizing the ranking of channels and products.
- Responsible for collecting market and industry information and providing effective response solutions on product pricing, promotions, categorization, and new product launches.
- Optimize category performance on the e-Stores and partner sites.
- Manage and optimize last mile delivery function of the E-Commerce business.
- Utilize web analytic and competitive landscape benchmarking to gain insights on consumer and improve user experience and platform capabilities.
- Deliver weekly & monthly reports and KPIs.
- Define and monitor third party service quality.
- Lead optimization of app / website transactional functions to increase sales and service on all platforms.
- Delivering and managing an easy to use, commercially engaging, smart and sleek online web and App experience.
- Develop ideas and work with the Key Account Managers/ Store Managers to ensure the brands maximum potential in all retail outlets based on the promotions & sales activities in the market.
- Manage and maintain stock levels at set target level.
- Constantly seek feedback and improve the online shopping experience on the website and the Company App. Closely work with the IT team and web developer to continually enhance the Company App.
- Consistently monitor and understand competitive pricing landscapes. Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales.
- Attend inter-company meetings for weekly updates.
- Ensure compliance with back-end systems in English & Arabic including descriptions, product attributes etc., attending to Google parameters (to rank high in the Google search page) to enhance the visibility of the Company's App & Web.
- Conduct photo shoots of products when necessary.
- Ensure that information of all the products is updated including ingredients, description, nutritional value etc.
- Coordinate with the company's 3rd party partners to add new products and remove the delisted items in their platform while ensuring pricing accuracy.
- Update the company's App banners for each campaign.
- Make a weekly full UX Test in Android, iOS & Web, to confirm the purchase. experience is according to the company's App standards so the client experience is seamless.
Key Requirements:-
- Degree / MBA preferably.
- Knowledge and hands on experience of SAAS products.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and English proficiency.
- Possessing necessary skills and competencies for the digital platform operations.
- Strong creative, analytical & organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of retail market.
- Product Knowledge.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and trends.
- Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS office.

Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
