For our client, a leading financial institution, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deployment Manager with a strong technical background to join their team in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will be capable of coordinating and pushing projects into production, such as the deployment of M365.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the deployment of technical projects, including the migration of users to M365 in multiple waves.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute deployment strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the deployment process, troubleshooting issues and proposing solutions.
- Assist with other internal projects as required, leveraging technical expertise in network and system administration.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to deployment processes and infrastructure.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably with a focus on deployment activities such as M365 migration.
- Strong technical background in network and system administration, including experience with Windows, Active Directory, and SCCM.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage deployment projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; French is a strong asset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
