Duties & Responsibilities



  • Social Media Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and audience preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and integration with broader marketing initiatives. 

  • Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and stories. Curate user-generated content and collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to maintain a cohesive brand identity. 

  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive community environment, address customer concerns, and escalate issues as needed.  

  • Social Listening and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms. Conduct social listening to gather insights, identify opportunities, and inform content strategies and campaign planning. 

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 

  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, design, and product development, to align social media efforts with broader business objectives and campaigns. Coordinate influencer partnerships, collaborations, and content syndication efforts. 

  • Social Media Compliance: Ensure compliance with social media platform guidelines, privacy regulations, and brand policies. Stay informed about legal and ethical considerations related to social media marketing and advertising. 


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. 

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. 

  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation. 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. 

  • Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. 

  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic video editing skills are a plus. 

  • Passion for social media trends, pop culture, and digital marketing innovations.
