Cash In Transit Supervisor

The CIT Supervisor is responsible for the effective management and coordination of a fleet of drivers and vehicles. The incumbent is charged with ensuring that the team services its clients efficiently while meeting a high standard of customer service


Duties according to the company’s established policies and procedures including but not limited to:


Controlling all employees (CIT & Dispatchers).

Controlling all fleet.

Communicate with all garages for spare part.

Controlling our mechanic employee.

Distribution of vehicles and employees every day

Vaulting all shipment

Load & unload all shipments

All CDM’s schedules

Receiving calls from all customers & Banks

Receives all the worksheets from the messengers then sorted, arranged and delivered to the financial department

  • Responsible for all shipments imports and exports irrespective of volume
  • Responsible to transfer shipment
  • Ensure availability to for early and late shipment
  • Communicate with the Jordan Operations team and keep them updated at all times
  • Overall responsibility of the Vault for Brinks Jordan
  • Must operate in the vault with the most effective and efficient secure manner
  • Be aware of what/who is entering and exiting the vault and strict record keeping of such thereof
