Marketing Coordinator – Client Side

Join Our Client’s Team as a Marketing Coordinator (CLIENT SIDE):


Reforge Digital is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join one of our clients teams. We are looking for a

candidate with at least 3 years of marketing experience previously working for a B2B consulting or B2B

professional services company. Ideally, you have a background in managing both online and offline marketing

requirements, with a proven track record in coordinating various marketing activities aimed at promoting

company products or services.

Our client is a leading B2B consultancy group, with clients regionally and internationally. Our client offers key

consultancy solutions and related technologies.


Your Role:

This role involves assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies, providing feedback on content briefs,

and working closely with Reforge Digital as the assigned marketing & communications agency. You will play acrucial role in coordinating campaign requirements successfully, supporting the team in achieving marketing

objectives.


You will be the business-minded steward of our client relationship and is entrusted and empowered to ensure

both the clients’ and agency’s business objectives are met.

Job Description:

  • Campaign Development and Execution:
  • Assist in devising and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
  • across digital, social media, email, and print platforms.
  • Content Coordination: Coordinate the production of marketing materials with Reforge Digital including social
  • media calendars, B2B Consulting case studies (for web and LinkedIn), brochures, flyers, advertisements, and
  • promotional videos.
  • Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with Reforge Digital to monitor and analyze campaign performance,
  • tracking key metrics to ensure effective delivery and optimization.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Support our client in managing digital channels such as website updates,
  • social media postings, and email campaigns.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing marketing events including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with consulting service line leaders to align on content needs, producing
  • relevant client case studies and supporting campaign activations.
  • SEO Implementation: Follow up on the implementation of SEO recommendations provided by our agency to
  • enhance digital presence.
  • Database Management: Maintain marketing databases including customer contact lists and campaign tracking
  • systems to support targeted marketing efforts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling
  • meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project timelines.
  • Business Development Support: Aid the Sales team in list building efforts to enhance marketing campaigns
  • managed by Reforge Digital.


Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience, strong project management skills, bilingual.
  • Strong communication – active listening and ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Excellent English writing skills – ability to draft and edit material including speeches, press releases and briefing
  • documents. Excellent Arabic writing skills is a plus
  • You are a generalist – who is happy to learn about various sectors and perform as per their needs.
  • Experience of working regionally - GCC– have a general understanding of market nuances
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and providing counsel to internal and external audiences.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client priorities effectively


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Multimedia and Video Production
  • Proficiency in Graphics and Web Design
  • Proficient in Graphic Design
  • Preferably, experience in 3D design
  • Expertise in multimedia design software and tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
  • Strong creative and artistic skills
  • Strong typography skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities (English proficiency is a must)
  • Experience in marketing or advertising is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing coordination or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field(s)
