  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing and supporting ERP solutions.
  • Experience in implementation lifecycle.
  • Configure and customize ERP systems to meet the specific needs of clients, including setting up modules and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the ERP system effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP systems, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Develop documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and system specifications.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
