Position- Sales Manager
Experience- 4+ years of sales experience in IT & IT Enabled Services, Account Management in either of the
following industries:
E-Commerce, SaaS, IT service
Education- Preferably MBA with specialization in Sales & Marketing
Reporting- Works directly with CEO & VP
Job Description:
- Excellent Communication and Documentation skills
- Having UAE Driving License
- Experience in IT Software Service Sales (preferably in E-Commerce, Fintech, Edtech, Healthcare). Experience in selling E-commerce products/services will be a huge plus
- Experience in Direct Sales.
- Good understanding of Market places like Upwork, PPH.
- Able to understand Technical terms and client requirements.
- Good Understanding creating Business Proposals and Project Estimations.
- Should be open to work in different shifts as per market requirements.
- Open to travel as required.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for following areas:
Responsibilities
• Lead global strategy across various domains for the group companies.
• Actively generating and developing business growth opportunities, working
collaboratively across multiple sales team, and partners - all to maximize business
development areas.
• Drive businesses, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers
through the entire sales cycle.
• Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both, the business and
technical level.
• Manage multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle simultaneously, working
with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact
for all adoption-related activities.
• Experience in selling both IT Products and IT Enabled Services with a demonstrated
track record in reaching strategic business goals in the technology industry.
Requirements
• Build and utilise their business relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional
environment.
• Passionate in understanding the full revenue picture from deal closure, adoption to
long term renewal.
• Operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team
environment.
• Excellent written/verbal communication/presentation skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and
execute effective sales.
• Strong network in the industry.
• Strong coaching and mentoring mentality to train existing as well as the new team.
• Demonstrate authenticity in the leadership approach.
• Technically savvy with experience in running industry leading sales & marketing tools.
• Experience in Global Delivery Model will be a huge plus.
• Exposure working with Fortune listed companies will be a huge plus.
