Our software team is responsible for managing the thousands of documents we review on each project to make it faster and easier for our teams to find information and make decisions. We partner with major contractors, owners and project developers to manage contracts and ensure successful completion of the projects, maximizing their profitability and minimizing claims and disputes on iconic projects that include airports, bridges, power plants, dams, roads, factories, hospitals, high-rise towers, residential cities, metros, hotels, resorts, malls, universities and cultural centers.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documents, ensuring that they are properly filed, accessible, and up-to-date. This role involves working closely with software developers, project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of documents throughout the construction lifecycle.
This is a full-time role in our office in Amman, Jordan.
Responsibilities
Create, organize, and maintain a filing system for all project-related documents, including drawings, contracts, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure that all documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed according to company policies and procedures. Track document versions and revisions to maintain accurate records.
Verify that documents meet company standards and are complete, accurate, and properly formatted before distribution or filing.
Serve as the main point of contact for document-related inquiries, facilitating communication between project teams and clients.
Properly archive completed project documents for future reference.
Use document management software to store, track, and manage electronic documents efficiently.
Generate and maintain reports on document control activities, including document status, distribution logs, and audit trails.
File documents in physical and digital records
Preferred experience
2-4 years of experience in document control, preferably within the construction industry.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
