A "FinTech Senior Full Stack Developer" is required to work remotely for Saudi FinTech Solution.

Responsibilities

·         Lead the design and implementation of responsive mobile/web interfaces using FlutterFlow, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and performance.

·         Architect and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services using Java, Spring, and Microservices.

·         Integrate front-end UI built with ReactJS and JavaScript seamlessly with the backend REST API.

·         Implement robust data integration and ETL processes with various third-party systems.

·         Automate the CI/CD pipeline using advanced tools and techniques like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

·         Optimize the use of NoSQL databases like MongoDB to handle complex data structures and requirements.

·         Leverage Python, AI, and Machine Learning to enhance the FinTech platform's capabilities and introduce innovative features.

·         Design and manage the deployment of FinTech applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

·         Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices, code quality, and problem-solving.

·         Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other senior stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

·         Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high development standards.

Qualifications

·         Extensive experience in designing and implementing front-end solutions using FlutterFlow, ReactJS, JavaScript, and REST API integration.

·         Proven track record of building robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Java, Spring, and Microservices architecture.

·         Deep understanding of data modeling, database design, and hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

·         Expertise in CI/CD tools, containerization, and cloud deployment practices, including automation and infrastructure-as-code.

·         Proficiency in leveraging Python, AI, and ML frameworks to enhance FinTech solutions and drive innovation.

·         Strong understanding of FinTech domain, regulations, and industry trends.

·         Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

·         Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Experience in Saudi Market is a Must.
