The role: Enterprise Sales Manager – Middle East

You will manage the Sales Development/Lead Generation operations in Middle East with ownership of generating and converting pipeline of customer for Anchanto's SaaS products.

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will focus on the Enterprise segment in the Distribution, Retail and Logistics sector: Distributors, eCommerce Sellers & Retailers, 3PLs, and Warehouses looking to equip themselves with eCommerce and modern technology supply chain capabilities.

Job Description:

Direct software sales to enterprises (3PLs, Distributors, Retailers, Brand Principals, Warehousing and Fulfilment Companies, E-distributors) to build B2B SaaS business in the Middle East region.
  • Business Development: You will be expected to identify target clients (SMEs, B2B and Enterprises), make a value proposition & convert them into Anchanto customers.
  • Business Planning: You will develop a comprehensive business plan strategy to acquire these clients in a time-bound manner. Preparing a comprehensive client acquisition plan will be key to your success.
  • Solution Designing: You will create a financially viable solution for these target clients. This will require you to understand the clients existing supply chain, the growth opportunities, and challenges in the existing system they have in place.
  • Deal Closure: You are expected to engage with the client in multiple rounds of product demo, negotiation and drive the deal to closure. Maintaining the high conversation ratio of deals closed/Client in the pipeline will be an important metric in your performance.
  • Technology Savvy: You will be expected to develop a detailed understanding of technology solutions (OMS and WMS, and other related SaaS solutions) offered by Anchanto related to logistics, e-commerce fulfilment and digitization.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation or account management in SaaS enterprise solutions,
  • Experience with Distributors, E-commerce Sellers, 3PL (logistics/ warehousing/ fulfilment services), Brands and Retailers in the Middle East

Manage Sales Cycle
  • Lead generation for a funnel pipeline: Manage entire sales steps such as cold call, LinkedIn emails, personal networking etc
  • Understand Customers' current Business and Operational processes to propose the right fit of Anchanto SaaS products, Understanding the customer pain points, Map to Solutioning
  • Demoing the Product/Solution: Product introduction SaaS platform demonstration, explanation of key technical and functional capabilities,
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI) reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Own Contract Closure: follow-up call, sharing updates and assisting with proposal, pricing negotiation, contract signing, on-boarding and account handover to global account management teams.
  • Structured and organised to manage and update the CRM tool for effective Sales Pipeline management.

Business & Commercial Skills
  • Possess the technical ability to explain Cloud/SaaS Solutions, Integrations, Retail, Omni-channel, and eCommerce Fulfilment flows.
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team, PR team and top management to swiftly pickup lead/ enquires / suspects to be put in sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and in English
  • Understanding of Value Based Selling and translate it into Commercial Agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Proactive to source leads from partners, own research, and other channels.
  • Self-starter and should be able to proceed with minimal supervision.
