Our client is looking for an Arabic speaking Assistant to the CEO's office in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Email management
- Internal and external meeting management
- Travel and hotel management
- Minutes of the meeting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an EA/PA/Secretary to C-level management (prior EA/PA experience to senior management will be a plus)
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree
Salary: 15-20k plus family benefits including schooling
