Job Overview:
The One Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales / Listing Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for real estate and strong communication skills. The primary responsibility is to engage potential clients, manage property listings, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients and manage inbound inquiries.

· Identify and follow up on new leads to drive sales.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers.

· Provide accurate information about property listings and guide clients through the sales process.

· Schedule and conduct property viewings.

· Update and manage property listings across various platforms.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.

· Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, tele sales, or a related field.

· Arabic speaker preferred.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
