Position Overview:
Ritaj Facility Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets and securing contracts related to facility management services. The Sales Executive will leverage their expertise in the Qatari market to enhance our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for facility management services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring all terms are aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the facility management sector, preferably within the Qatari market.
- Strong understanding of facility management services and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
