Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this vital role, you will be be involved in administering the rewards, allowances, and benefits for our employees. You will contribute to the development and implementation of programs designed to enhance performance, engagement, and satisfaction across the organization, ensuring our compensation and benefits structure supports our business goals and aligns with our company culture.


Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a strong background in implementing compensation packages, conducting market research, and managing employee benefits programs. Proficiency in HRIS is a plus, while advanced skills in Excel and Power BI are required. You should have a solid understanding of current compensation laws and regulations. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. We are looking for a proactive, analytical thinker with exceptional communication skills who can thrive in a dynamic environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Involve in the implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits packages that align with our organizational goals and culture.
  • Participate in job evaluations and classifications, analyzing job descriptions to accurately define roles.
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to establish benchmarks and help maintain competitive compensation plans.
  • Assist in implementing effective communication strategies to ensure transparency and understanding of compensation and benefits policies among employees.
  • Participate in conducting organizational surveys to assess employee needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure involvement in the implementation of compensation and benefits practices in compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to periodic audits of compensation and benefits programs, preparing and presenting detailed reports on findings and recommendations.


Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, with in-depth knowledge of salary benchmarking, market surveys, and compensation best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS is a plus, with strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for assisting with compensation data and conducting research.
  • Hands-on experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, including market salary surveys and compensation analysis.
  • Familiarity with data market research providers for compensation benchmarking and involvement in utilizing these resources for market research.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compensation structures to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, enabling you to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
