Job Overview : The Team Leader will also work closely with other departments to ensure that the sales process aligns with the company’s goals and player acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of tele sales agents to meet and exceed player acquisition goals.
· Develop and implement strategies to optimize the tele sales process and improve conversion rates.
· Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed.
· Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, address challenges, and recognize achievements.
· Ensure team adherence to company policies, compliance regulations, and quality standards.
· Maintain an in-depth understanding of the platform’s offerings to ensure accurate and compelling sales pitches.
· Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and improve performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the online gaming industry.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies.
· Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
· Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft tools.
