Role:

You will be contributing within concept generation and inform delivery of project(s) of varying scale and typology, working closely with a vibrant multidisciplinary team of architectural, urban design and Development professionals.

Strong ability to review, prepare, develop and edit drawings and presentations. Ability to solve design issues in a creative and pragmatic way by developing multiple designs options that meet the design approach and budget to contribute to external consultant’s solutions as part of an integrated collaborative approach.

Duties:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on high-end residential, hospitality and commercial F&B interiors, ideally within international projects. You will be proficient in all aspects of interior design from concept design to FF&E. You will also have experience with clients, contractors, makers, artisans and suppliers. You will be a polished communicator with excellent design flair and a demonstrable background in a similar role.

• To understand the design project.
• To comment, and develop where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design from external consultants.
• To assist where required in the co-ordination of the internal design team.
• To liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organisations or companies.
• To assist in reviewing drawings, mock ups, materials, and finish samples submitted by external consultant / project contractors.
• To provide a combination of unique interior aesthetics with the efficient and functional use of space and assist in the appointment of interior design consultants and contractors to ensure smooth running of all projects within their area of specialty.
• Complete design stages in a timely manner within set budgets, managing the quality of design while maximizing value and providing guests with a differentiated.
