Job Description

The HR Trainee is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, such as recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and learning and development. This role will support the HR team with daily tasks and offer exposure to different HR areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • HR Operations Assistance: Support the HR operations team with data entry, employee records management, and administrative tasks.
  • Employee Engagement Activities: Help plan and execute employee engagement events and initiatives.
  • Learning and Development: Assist in coordinating training sessions, tracking participation, and gathering feedback.
  • HR Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Learning and Skill Development:KPI: Successful completion of training programs and assignments. KPI: Positive feedback from supervisors and team members.
  • Recruitment and Operations Support:KPI: Timeliness and accuracy in completing tasks. KPI: Contributions to recruitment and HR processes.
  • Employee Engagement and L&D Support:KPI: Successful execution of engagement activities. KPI: Positive feedback from employees on events and training sessions.
  • Administrative Support and Efficiency:KPI: Timeliness and organization in completing administrative tasks. KPI: Accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
