Job Description:

Fintrek Marketing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager - Personal Finance with a strong background in personal loan sales, preferably in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage potential clients in Dubai, providing personalized solutions for their personal loan needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and manage a strong network of clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Utilize effective negotiation and communication skills to close sales and foster client trust.
• Provide timely follow-ups and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling other financial products offered by Fintrek Marketing.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in personal loan sales, preferably within the Dubai region.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Network: An established client network in Dubai or the ability to quickly generate leads.
• Work Environment: Target-driven, focused on achieving individual and team sales goals.
