DAILY TASKS

SAP Leave Report (to send to CAO daily)

ESS Approved Leave report (to send to HR team daily)

ESS Undertime Approved report (to send to HR team daily)


TIME MANAGEMENT

1. Generate HRD attendance from NEXTGEN Biometric System (Individual, Weekly, Monthly, newly hired staff and change of shift)

2. Consolidate Camp roster list submitted by Mr. Rajan/Mr. Tarek against weekly attendance.

3. Coordinate with all the departments regarding attendance, overtime, leaves and rejoining of staff.

4. Generate ESS leaves from SAP System:

Annual Leave

Sick Leave

Bereavement

Parental Leave (Maternity & Paternity Leave)

Compensatory Leave

Business trips

LWOP (Leave w/o pay or Unauthorized Leave)

5. Prepare Leave Extension List (monthly payroll) and update in SAP.

6. Maintaining rejoining from leave, change of leave, extension of leave and cancellation of leave from SAP.

7. Maintaining employee’s overtime in excel sheet to upload in SAP on monthly payroll.

8. Prepare time violation report and undertime report monthly for deductions during payroll.

9. Prepare Production Absenteeism report (monthly deduction in payroll)

10. Update and maintain records of COVID 19 cases and prepare Memo for CEO approval to maintain as sick leave in SAP.

11. Prepare monthly Leave report for C-Levels, Managers and Supervisors.

12. Generate New Staff work schedule and absence quotas in the SAP system.

13. Maintain internal transfer work schedule in the SAP System.

14. Prepare HRA Advance every quarter.

15. Prepare Memos related to time management.

  • Relative Declaration

1. Update and prepare report of staff relative declaration forms.

  • Managing TM Email and replying to each queries/concerns as required
  • Answering telephone inquiries from employees (case by case basis)
