We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Trainer to join our team and provide training for domestic workers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and experience in training domestic workers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for domestic workers (maids, nannies, caregivers, etc.) on housekeeping, childcare, elderly care, cooking, and other domestic tasks.
• Develop training materials and programs that are easy to understand and practical for real-life scenarios.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, answering questions and offering feedback on performance.
• Assess the skills and progress of domestic workers and offer tailored guidance for improvement.
• Ensure all workers are trained on safety, hygiene standards, and proper use of household equipment.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages skill development and confidence.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the proper placement of trained workers with families.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Proven experience in training domestic workers or in similar roles (minimum of 2 years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create and implement effective training programs.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse individuals.
• Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus).
• Certification in caregiving or training (preferred but not required).
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
