Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales representatives, and internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced technology environment while contributing directly to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track all sales activities to ensure seamless execution of the sales process.
  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with sales representatives.
  • Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) systems with client data, sales updates, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing purchase orders and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales support, coordinator, or administrative role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
