Job Summary:
As the HR & Admin Officer, you will play a central role in our team, driving a productive and positive environment that supports both employee growth and operational efficiency. This essential position involves managing employee relations, overseeing benefits administration, and addressing daily administrative needs. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a workplace culture that is both enjoyable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of records.
- Organize company meetings, events, and training sessions, handling logistics as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including timely updates to employment contracts.
- Oversee general office operations, including office supplies inventory, and maintenance requests.
- Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days.
- Serve as the main point of contact for general administrative inquiries, ensuring effective internal communication.
- Provide executive assistance as required, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.
- Address employee inquiries, and grievances professionally and with confidentiality.
- Promote employee engagement through company initiatives and activities that support a positive work culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
