Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Modern City Caoutchouc in Aqaba, Jordan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications


• Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management,

particularly in the tire industry.

• Expertise in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.

• Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 applications.

• Previous experience in the automotive or tire industry is highly preferred.
