Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Manager at Global City for Translation and Immigration in Amman, Jordan. The Senior Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing customer support teams, and utilizing analytical skills to improve processes and communication.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
  • Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in managing and leading customer service teams
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant customer service software
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied English or Translation.
