We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Amman, Jordan, specializing in the Home and Personal Care industries. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, this role involves driving strategic sales and business development initiatives, with a focus on home care, personal care, cosmetics, and consumer ingredients. You will identify new business opportunities, manage sales forecasts, and lead price negotiations to ensure profitable growth. Additionally, you will oversee supply chain logistics, build strong client relationships, and conduct market analysis to inform product development strategies. This position offers the chance to play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Drive and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen the market positioning and business development of home care, personal care, cosmetics, and consumer ingredients.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by developing innovative business development strategies that target customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Manage and forecast sales performance through accurate budgeting and regular sales projections to ensure alignment with company targets.
- Lead customer negotiations on pricing and contracts, ensuring competitive yet profitable agreements that align with company objectives.
- Oversee supply chain logistics, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the warehouse.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by conducting regular client visits, proactively identifying needs, and securing new business monthly to drive increased revenue and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Provide in-depth market analysis and generate insights on customer trends, while recommending new products that align with business strategies and offer added value.
- Conduct product trials and application tests with customers, advising on optimal usage rates and methods to maximize cost-effectiveness and performance benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- 1+ years of sales experience in the home care and personal care industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- B2B sales experience in the distribution of specialty chemicals and raw materials for the home care and personal care industries.
- Technical expertise in home care and personal care ingredients, with the ability to communicate product benefits and application methods effectively.
- Sales-driven mindset, with strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
