Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Sales Engineer (ELV Systems) to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and delivering tailored ELV solutions to meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with the technical and presales teams to ensure successful project delivery, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the ELV market, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and BMS systems.
- Generate and manage leads, build strong relationships with potential clients, and convert them into sales.
- Conduct site visits and gather client requirements to tailor ELV solutions that meet their business needs.
- Present ELV solutions to clients, demonstrating the value of our products and services through technical proposals and presentations.
- Prepare competitive sales quotations, proposals, and tenders in collaboration with the presales and engineering teams.
- Work closely with internal teams, including presales, design, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ELV products and market trends to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Maintain and exceed sales targets by driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction with delivered solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the ELV industry.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems like CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and structured cabling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects and clients.
