Alsamah Industries invites you to join us as an Assistant Production Manager. We are looking for a professional with in-depth expertise in Lean Management & Six Sigma methodologies, dedicated to enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting our journey to achieve industry-leading production standards.

Required Qualifications:

ü Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.

ü Certified in Lean Management & Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).

ü Proven track record in improving production processes using Lean Management & Six Sigma tools.

ü Deep understanding of production flow, waste reduction, and quality control in the apparel manufacturing sector.

ü Ability to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to maximize productivity.

ü Excellent communication and team management skills to ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Implement and Enhance Lean Production Strategies: Design and apply lean processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.

ü Apply Six Sigma Principles: Minimize variation, enhance product quality, and achieve targeted goals.

ü Innovate and Improve Production Processes: Identify areas for operational improvements, streamline workflow, and ensure adherence to industry’s best practices.

ü Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics**: Use data analytics to track performance indicators and take proactive actions to enhance efficiency.
