Job Summary
Location: Kherbet Al Souq - Sahab
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Officer with strong data entry skills to manage and maintain employee records in our HR system. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data related to employee information, attendance, payroll, and other HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately enter employee information into the HR system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee updates.
- Attendance Records: Input and maintain attendance and timekeeping records for all employees.
- Payroll Data: Assist in entering payroll-related data, ensuring correctness in compensation, overtime, and deductions.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical HR files and records.
- System Updates: Regularly update the HR system to reflect changes in employee status, department transfers, and other relevant data.
- Reporting: Generate reports from the HR system as needed by the HR department or management.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and up to date, following internal guidelines and policies.
- Compliance: Ensure that all data entry adheres to company policies and applicable laws, including confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years Experience in data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with HR software systems and data management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
