leading company in the food industry, committed to delivering high-quality and safe food products to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Manager to join our team and oversee the quality assurance and control processes at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

*Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.

*Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP).

*Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and policies to meet industry standards.

*Conduct regular audits of production processes and facilities to ensure high-quality output.

*Monitor and analyze quality performance, identifying areas for improvement.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, R&D, procurement) to solve quality issues.

*Manage customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are in place.

*Train staff on quality standards, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.

*Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and new regulations affecting food safety and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial engineer, or related field.

At least 10 years of experience in quality management within the food industry.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, ISO standards, and GMP.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proven leadership and team management experience.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Certification in food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is an advantage.
