Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong background in the FX industry for a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying potential clients and cultivating strategic relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to negotiating contracts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FX market.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Forex, stocks, and commodities trading.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience working in the Middle East is a plus.
